WANTS & NEEDS
A weekly "Wants & Needs" email is sent out to our 5 offices
If you have any client "Wants/Needs" make sure to send them to your OA by Tuesday at 9 AM so they can be included in the email (you will receive a "reminder" email on Monday morning).
The Wants & Needs email is sent on Tuesdays.
In an effort to minimize the amount of separate emails going out, any request sent to staff will be withheld and included in the next email.
Email reminder example:
"A REMINDER...If you have anything you would like to add to the "Wants & Needs" email, please forward to me by 9 AM TOMORROW.
Any request sent to staff or that come in after tomorrow's email will be withheld and included in the next email."
Email to include:
Coming soon listings
Active listings
Buyer needs
Other - rentals, client looking for furniture, events you're hosting, etc.
