Some of you may remember from several years ago, the old LeadStreet platform had this really nifty tool called a Market ZIP code lead distribution report. An agent could plug in any ZIP code, and could pull up a report showing 1) how many agents had chosen that ZIP code to receive leads from, as well as 2) how many leads in the past 90 days had been created for that ZIP code. Agents could use that report to strategize their ZIP code selections in LeadStreet. For example, a ZIP code with less agents and a high amount of leads was considered an "opportunity", but a ZIP with more agents and fewer leads was flagged as not desirable.
