BoCo specific file procedure expectations/process 

(SkySlope Questionnaires):

NEW LISTINGS:

It's imperative that you enter the deal in SS as a listing right away in order for us to deploy a questionnaire. Otherwise, you will not receive one and you may miss out on important options available to you.


Explanation of questions:

   - Staff To Enter Showing Instructions: If YES is checked, please expect a CALL from staff to enter instructions with you over the phone. 

   - Listings Magic Rider Signs: You must have purchased a sign from us. Staff will use that sign's unique ID to assign that property to it so that consumers can text or call the sign's ID for information.

   - A short reminder about what WILL happen when your listing goes live

   - Staff to Design Flyer: If YES is checked, staff will automatically begin designing a flyer without you having to call or email your request. Please watch for a proof or an email requesting information! 

   - Any Other Requests: Let us know what you need!! 

 

CLOSED SALES (Listings or Buy-Side):

When you enter a contract into SS and mark the close date, staff will be notified to deploy a closed sale questionnaire. It's imperative that you are uploading documents and updating important dates in a timely manner.


Explanation of questions:

- Transaction information (questions 1-3): SS does not tell us what property and/or the agent the completed questionnaire we're receiving is on behalf of. Sorry for asking what seems like basic information!

- Send review request: If you'd like this particular client sent a link to write a review on your behalf, please fill out this section with how you'd like the client addressed and the best email address for them to receive the request.

- Add client to ActivePipe: IF you pay for the monthly subscription to have newsletters, etc, sent to clients on your behalf, we can add them to the list of recipients.

- Monthly market report: We can set your client up on a market report about homes in their neighborhood/city/etc. This is a great way to show comparables in the area or to simply keep them up to date on the happenings in their neighborhood. The "Display Title on Report" will be how you want the report address to them. For ex: "Sage Creek Neighborhood Update for Jane & John Doe"

- Client Closing Program (click for info): Please fill out this section to opt your client in

- Just Sold Postcard: If YES is checked, staff will automatically begin designing a postcard without you having to call or email your request. Please watch for a proof or an email requesting information! 

   - Any Other Requests: Let us know what you need!!
