Featured Property - Lead Generation

Generate leads by setting up automatic Featured Property Facebook posts with forced registration.

These do work on Personal Facebook pages, but best practice is to use on a business page.

To create a automatic posts of RE/MAX Alliance listings:

1. Log into www.listingsmagic.com
2. Hover over Account and click Edit Account Information
3. Scroll down and click Facebook Autopost
4. Click the Blue Login to Facebook page
   • It will login through your personal account but you can post on any business account you manage
5. Select Facebook page to which you prefer to post (business page strongly suggested)
6. Make your selections - Do you want to post other agent's listings? (suggested answer: yes)
7. Do you want to be notified by email when it posts? (suggested answer: no)
8. Do you want forced registration? (suggested answer: yes)
9. Add Properties by Zip Code (suggested answer: your preference)
10. How often to post (suggested answer: Every 3 days, but your preference)
11. Click submit
