We're excited to announce this new feature that we just launched for deluxe agents on their HomesInColorado websites! Agents can now upload a photo of their listing, and have that display a link to that listing detail page on the banner photo so agents can showcase all their listings on the banner photo section of their homepage! 10 Things you should go do in the Vault now! There are a LOT of great new tools and features of the Vault! Before you get overwhelmed about learning everything there is to do within the platform, but sure you've got the basics down first. Here's our list of 10 things you should make sure are set up in your Vault account now!
Watch a Video! Did you miss the website training classes we held a couple weeks ago? First thing to do after logging in then is to go to Resources>>Training Videos and watch the Vault overview video. There are also a number of other videos out there that are a great refresher for some of the basics you learned in training earlier this month.
Check & update your profile information. Make sure your name & email are entered and are correct. Make sure to upload your headshot. Even if your photo was pulled over from the old system, it may need cropping or you may want to upload a higher resolution image. Or maybe your headshot is more than a few years old...no better time than now to update!
Enter your ZIP codes! You get the opportunity to receive leads on non-company listings from the company website and those are routed to you based upon your ZIP code selections in your profile. You can add up to 10 unique ZIP codes to choose to receive leads from.
Clean up/update contacts. All leads & contacts were pulled over from the old system, but now is the perfect time to do a little clean up on your database! You may have some old information or duplicates you've added so be sure to work on your contact list now so you can start sending them all the new, great reports we have for you to use!
Set up a Market Report! This is one of the most powerful tools we have in the new system. Monthly (or quarterly) Market Reports are a drip campaign that gives a snapshot overview of the real estate activity in an area. These are set up on an individual contact basis (hence why you'll want to clean up your list before you do this).
Check your Saved Searches. If you had clients on the old system actively working in their client account with a saved search, you'll want to check all of that information transferred accordingly. You can find all of these in the new HomeFinder tool in the Vault!
Set up other drip campaigns. All of our other existing campaigns from the old system are being moved over - however, if you had a contact set up on a campaign in the old rDesk system, you WILL need to set them up again in the new one.
Change your website banner photo. A quick, easy change you can make on your new website is to customize your banner photo on your website. You can choose from several images we have uploaded to the library for you!
Edit your Bio on your homepage. If you had a custom bio on your old site, it may have been pulled over for you...but just like your contacts list and headshot, now is a great time to update it if you haven't in awhile!
Sign up for the Deluxe Website! Like what you've seen so far? Our Deluxe Website package (similar to the old "Enhanced" program) gives you many more options and functionality for your site! With the deluxe, you can add and customize any number of pages on your website, upload custom banner photos, and choose from additional website templates. Additionally, you can drill down to neighborhood levels on the Market Report, AND you get access to this great new product that produces neighborhood reports (branded to you!) called HoodQ.
