Neighborhood Market Reports

On each of our offices HomesInColorado.com office website pages (boulder.homesincolorado.com, walnut.homesincolorado.com, nederland.homesincolorado.com, and longmont.homesincolorado.com) you will now find quick access to NEIGHBORHOOD MARKET REPORTS.

On the top menu bar of each office page, select MARKET REPORTS

Then select your MARKET AREA

NOTE: There should be a neighborhood created for any area that has had at least 12 sales in the last year. If there's one that you are looking for in particular that you don't see and it has had at least 12 sales, just let me know and we can have them look to add it. Sometimes the name variations on the subdivision field in IRES don't get matched so we have to manually add it in.

Select VIEW MARKET REPORT

You then have the option (pg. 3 of the report) to create a PDF, SHARE OR POST ON FB.
