PLEASE NOTE: We use the IRES MLS to fill newspaper ads, as it is our main local MLS. If your listing is not in IRES, it will not be featured in the newspaper ads.

At Home Ad - RUNS EVERY WEEKEND

Magazine style full-color insert in the FRIDAY Daily Camera and SATURDAY Longmont Times Call.
20 listings featured - open houses FIRST (Fri, Sat & Sun), then NEWEST MLS numbers fill the remaining open spots, regardless of address. It behooves you to do things like "refreshes" so that your MLS # is at the top of the list.

Red, White, Blue (RWB) Ad - RUNS EVERY OTHER SUNDAY

Switches every other week with Collections ad (below)
Front page of the Real Estate section - AWESOME PLACEMENT!

Ad Creation Process

1: Monday morning 8 AM - spheremarketing@homesincolorado.com sends the below email:

"Hello Everyone!

If you have an Open House this weekend that you would like to be in the ads, please FILL OUT THIS FORM by 8:00 AM Wednesday.

There are no exceptions to this deadline.

The form is required, to ensure we have accurate information directly from you.

All newspaper communications will go through Spheremarketing@homesincolorado.com.

Thank you!"

2: Ad proofs are created and sent out by 12 PM Wednesday.

- Depending on the day of your open house, your property will be featured in up to 3 full color ads, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

- Will also be featured in the Quick Guide which is online immediately and printed as a grid in the Friday, Saturday and Sunday papers.

(For example, we don't feature a Saturday open house in an ad that's published on Sunday.)

3: You can reply with edits to your ad until Thursday at 8 AM.

- Final PDFs will be sent to you with your corrections, which you can then share with your client(s).

4: Front desk staff is sent a list of all open houses Thursday at 9 AM to enter in both MLS systems.

- When entered into the MLS, the open house date and time will syndicate with Listings Magic, Zillow, Trulia, Realtor.com, etc.

(This could take up to 24 hours to syndicate, so it's best to enter it or ask your front desk to enter it as soon as you have a concrete date and time.)

5: Staff enters open houses from the list into the Quick Guide.

- The Quick Guide deadline is 11 AM on Thursday, so there is no wiggle room to make edits and still have it printed correctly after that time. (Any edits made after 11 AM will appear immediately online, but will NOT appear in the printed grid.)

6: Final Ads are submitted Thursday by 11 AM.
